St Paul’s College were experiencing large unexplained electricity bills. They installed our system and quickly identified the HVAC in their large Trade Centre was actually operating throughout the night instead of during the day.                                                                                

Technicians were contacted to reset the air conditioning time clocks to only operate during school hours. However, the monitoring system then quickly alerted that the clock was not set to operate week days only and showed the HVAC also working away on weekends when no one was present. Technicians were recalled and rectified this, having the school many thousands of dollars per annum. (Bottom image)
